POP Over lets a business collect receipt photos from its crew through a link, turns them into PDFs, emails them to an address the business chooses, and stores them so they can be viewed and downloaded. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove something important you rely on, we'll tell you ahead of time.
Anyone with your crew link can send receipts to your business. You decide who gets it, and you can switch people off or replace the link at any time. You're responsible for the receipts sent with your link and for letting your crew know their name, photos and notes go to your business through POP Over.
If you invite a bookkeeper, they can see and download your receipts, and make changes only if you allow it. You can remove them whenever you like. You're responsible for who you invite.
You own the receipts, photos, notes and other content sent to your business ("your content"). You give us permission to store, process, copy and transmit your content only as needed to run POP Over for you — for example, to make PDFs, email them and show them in your dashboard. We don't sell your content or use it to train AI models.
You confirm you have the right to send us your content. POP Over is for receipts and invoices; please don't use it to store things like Social Security numbers, full card numbers, medical records, or anything unlawful.
We handle receipts and crew information on your behalf, following your instructions as you set them in the app. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect them, described in How your receipts are protected. Only authorized personnel can access your data, only when needed to support you, keep the service secure or meet a legal obligation, and that access is logged.
If we learn that your data has been accessed without authorization, we'll notify you promptly and without unreasonable delay, and give you the information we reasonably can to help you respond, including meeting any duty you have to notify others.

If you think you've found a security problem, please tell us at [email protected] instead of testing it on other people's data.
POP Over — the software, design, name and logo — belongs to POP Over and is protected by intellectual property laws. These terms give you the right to use it while your account is in good standing; they don't transfer ownership. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them without owing you anything.
POP Over helps you collect and organize receipts, but it isn't tax, legal or accounting advice, and it doesn't replace your own record-keeping. You're responsible for keeping the records the law requires for your business and for checking receipts are complete and readable. Download reports regularly, especially before cancelling or deleting a business.
You can stop using POP Over and cancel any time. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, that doesn't pay, or where it's needed to protect other users or the service. Unless it's urgent or illegal to do so, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to download your receipts.
We work hard to keep POP Over running and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, that every email will be delivered, or that every photo will be captured or cropped perfectly, and we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither you nor we will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if warned they might happen. Our total liability for all claims relating to POP Over is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them to — for example, to fraud or to liability that can't be limited by contract.
If someone brings a claim against us because of your content, how you or your crew used POP Over, or your breaking these terms or the law, you'll cover the reasonable costs and damages that result, including legal fees.
If something goes wrong, email [email protected] first — most things are solved fastest that way, and we'll try in good faith for 30 days before either side goes further. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and any lawsuit must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Utah. Either side may bring a qualifying claim in small claims court instead.
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use POP Over after that means you accept the new terms; if you don't, you can cancel.
These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about POP Over. If part of them can't be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing something right away doesn't waive it. You can't transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger or sale of the business.
